Spaghetti with meat sauce

2 lb of ground meat (beef)
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of carrots chopped
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 T of worstershire sauce
1 T of garlic powder
1/2 T of chicken powder
1 T of sugar
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 t of oregano
1/4 t of thyme
1/2 t of dried basil
2 bay leaf
1 large can of crush tomato
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of dice ( I like the fire roasted )

Cook your onion/garlic/celery and carrot with a little olive oil then once it's cook throw in your meat and start seasoning
Once the meat is cooked pour in your tomato sauces.. And turn heat to low. Cook for 2-3 hours.. Close the lid.. just come back to it occasionally and stir.
I like to cook it long so the flavor can marinate ;)
You can cook it on medium high for 1 hour if you are press for time
** right before I serve I throw in 1 stick of butter ;)

Season accordingly.. You might like it more salty or peppery
Enjoy

Cook noodle according to your liking.
