1 Tablespoon  flour
2 C of  water
1 onion sliced into little piece
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's
1 bottle of sweet baby ray BBQ sauce

8 hrs in crock pot on high..

Place the pork shoulder in the crock pot.

In a big bowl...add water, lipton onion mix, flour, Worcestershire sauce, tony, brown sugar,  pepper, garlic and onion. Mix really well then pour over the pork  shoulder. Place lid on then cook on high for 8 hours.

Once its cook...take 2 fork and start to shredded the pork apart then pour the bottle of sweet baby ray BBQ sauce in the crock pot. Mix the BBQ sauce with the shredded pork...If you have alot of juice..I would take a few spoon out before adding the BBQ sauce.  I served mines on a mini sliders with some cole slaw on top. I cheated and used a pre-made bottle of slaw mix ;)

Red Beans and Rice

1 small bag of beans (kidney)
1 small onion-diced
4 stalk of celery-cut into small pieces
1 bell pepper--cut into small pieces
3 small pig feet or ham hock
1 package of salted pork (found in meat section)
1 package of cooked cubed ham (found in the refrigerator section of the meat section)
1 package of sausage.. I used the Hillshire Farm Pork (I wanted to use spicy but the kids won't be able to eat it)
1 stick of butter
2 T Tony Chachere's
1/2 T pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
*** hot sauce (optional)

***u can add 1T of dried parsley (optional)

Soak the beans (enough water to cover the beans) in the crockpot overnight.. The next morning .. Just drain the water out and refill the pot again. I usually try to cover the beans about 1 1/2 inches above the beans with water.
Put your pig feet, 3 bay leaf, 2 T of Tony Chachere's (or creole seasoning) ..1/2 T of pepper..1/2 t of garlic powder. Your chopped veggies (onion/bell pepper/celery) salted pork into the crockpot. Low for 8 hours. Right before you serve.. Put in the stick of butter *** secret recipe** ;)

About 30 minutes before serving. Cut the sausage into 1 inch thick and put in a frying pan on medium heat.. Cook in frying pan until you get a little brown n crusted on the ends. Serve on top of red beans and rice.

Ladle red beans over rice and lay sausage pieces on top...garnish with chopped green onion and parsley

Everything in crockpot

Pan fry sausage ...cut sausage in 1in pieces

Right before putting the stick of butter in...
