Doing what I Love Again
Triple Nutty Chocolate Trifle
I have always love cooking but after having Ethan...I have been so busy w/ him and moving back into the house that I haven't been able to cook much less bake. This is the first thing that I have baked in such a long time. It is great to get back into the kitchen again and try out my many many new recipes.

Well..i guess it is back down to earth for us now. no more living in our pj all day long... no more sleeping in late or staying up late, not having to set our alarm clock was so good. Maddy has been back to school for 2 weeks now and i am finally getting back on schedule. Having 2 kids is such a big difference...no more fly by the seat of my pant kind of girl.I have to take out my planner and start filling it in w/ appointments and functions. i have to sit down and plan out my week day by day...even hour by hour.
