A New Start....

Many of my friends from facebook has asked me to start a blog about my food ...so after much thought I have decided to add food /recipe to my blog along with what I do everyday. I am also gonna try to blog everyday...so here goes....

I was suppose to take the kids today to the zoo so I invited my friend, Anessa and her little girl...Kenzie, w/ us. So we got up early and got ready...ate breakfast and we went get our daily fix of starbucks. But when we arrived at the zoo...I notice only a few cars then when we were walking up to the gate I realized that it was closed.....then it hit me that ....the zoo is closed on MONDAY....what a disappointment.....

So we headed to Semolina instead for lunch and then to target for some little shopping therapy...

Thanks Anessa for lunch and a great time at TARGET....we found some great things at TARGET...

My sister in law and her kids came down for the weekend so we decided to take the kids to the aquarium...we have been wanting to take them for a long time but just could never find the time. I am so happy that we finally got a chance to go....I hope we make this a regular thing. Then after we went back to my house and had SHOGUN sushi and a cake that I bought from Parrot Pete for Collin's bday....Thanks for a great time....Hope to see u guys soon...maybe next time we can make it to the ZOO....

On Saturday Night we celebrated Mike's bday at my house. We had such a great time laughing and just hanging out. We started the party very late at 8:30 pm so it was a long night....

We had bar b q ribs, shrimp pasta, salmon, shrimp salsa, mango salad, chao and cake....and lots of VERDI...

I hope everyone had a great saturday night ....because I surely did. See u guys again next saturday....
