Ingredients:
2 lbs of Ground Beef (I like to use the 80/20)
1 pack of Lipton onion mix
1 onion (finely diced)

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef with all the ingredients. Mix until just combined, being careful to not overwork the meat. Using a medium ice-cream scoop...scoop into your hands and a lightly shape the patties. Make an indention in the top of each one. Add a few grinds of pepper on top of eat patty.
- Prepare a hot charcoal or gas grill. Grill the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, depending on how you like your burger...try to flip only once.
- Let the burgers rest and covered with foil before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Make a little topping bar that includes:
sliced roman tomato (perfect size for these mini sliders)
lettuce
cheese (cut the slice into 4)
mayo
ketchup
mustard
pickles
