I found these at HEB central market.. Can I tell you.. Super easy and fast --- and DELICIOUS!! They have many other flavors but I got this one because of the flax seed...
All you have to do is 1 package of oatmeal... 1/3 C water
Microwave for 1 minute... Wala!!
I added 1 t granola .. A few sliced strawberries & raspberry.
Great for a busy morning
