I love making things especially crafty things...so when my niece asked me to make a diaper cake for one of my other niece babyshower....I was more than happy to agree to do it..The them color was blue, green and brown...so here it is..
Lately I feel so run down and in a funk...is there a REBOOT button that I dont know about?? I thought that the beginning of the year I would really start it off with a BANG...I think that is exactly what I did..and now I am running on LOW or getting all jam up. I have so many projects going but nothing is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel like I am on automatic pilot...I wake up and I just go go go go etc..and the cycle goes on and on...I need to UP my step and finish these projects with more of a motivation. Can anyone tell me where the RESET button is?? I think what I need is a GET AWAY with just me and my 4...I need to RESET my family. I need to wrap up loose end and REFRESH my self and my family to REALLY start off
every HOLIDAY i try to do something fun for the kids ...so Valentines I wanted them to participate in the "love" holiday....so I got them each a mailbox so that they can write little cute notes or draw a picture for each other. I also wanted it to be a way for Madison to practice her spellings words and its a great way for her to read also...pronouncing the words out...and its also a way for them to be learn to appreciate each other and expressing nice gestures. Tonight Ethan and I wrote a little "love" letter to Madison wishing her well on her spelling test tomorrow ...
When Ethan went to sleep I wrote a little cute letter/draw a picture of how much I love Ethan and so happy that he is doing so well in his potty training ...NO ACCIDENT day or night ;)
For Chloe I just drew a whole bunch of hearts on her letter...
Cant wait to see their faces tomorrow morning :)
If anyone have any other cute suggestions that they do with their lil ones please share it....I am always looking for new ideas

He loves to go grocery shopping with me ever since he discover that this particular grocery store had these little buggy...even though it takes me longer when I let him push this little buggy but oh ...the LOOK in his face is so well worth the extra time...
He would go down every aisle ...and would ask me if we need this or that...now I would tell him what we are having for dinner and what I need and then he would go searching down the aisles for it.

He even loads it in the car for me...taking about great service...guess I have to bump his allowance up now ;)

Monday is the day I've chosen to OFFICIALLY begin my NEW YEAR. The weekend is my Limbo between 2010 and 2011. A free zone, if you will. I'm using it to do things like...NOTHING. And also staying in bed until 9:30 yesterday morning and sitting on the couch and watch my kids for hours at a time.
And, of course, wrap up Christmas until next time. I spent my evening carefully corralling ornaments in big bins as I untrimmed the tree.....Undo the doors...take down the stockings.... What a year. What a week! BUT, I loved every bit of it.
