will be back

Wow, its summer and I am way behind on blogging. Gone are those long nights sitting in front of the TV watching shows and blogging. Here are the endless summer nights playing, traveling, and staying out way too late. I wouldn't have it any other way. I absolutely love summer!

5 things why I LOVE being a MOM

1. Goodnight kisses, tickle fights and BIG FISH Hugs! I also love their contagious smiles! My son sure knows how to milk that one. ;)

2. My chubby babies! I was blessed with chubby babies and I LOVE every. single. roll! Those chubby cheeks, thighs, and chubby fingers are so yummy to love on! Once they grow up that a different story ;)

3. Hearing my son talk… it almost makes me sad when he learns how to pronounce his words the correct way. It’s just so dang cute listening to him say wuv you (love you), sawry (sorry), lelacopter (helicopter), baby seester (baby sister), mooore cookie pease (more cookies please), AWWSUME (awesome), Plowe (Chloe)

4. I truly enjoy getting down on the floor and playing around with my three little munchkins. I especially love doing this with my baby girl. She gets so excited and opens her mouth SO big when I get down on her level. Then there’s that giggle…ah! Nothing’s better than a laughing baby!

5. I {Heart} Nap Time. I really do. As much as I LOVE being a mom, I enjoy that time to myself to renew my magic “super mommy powers.”

I had a wonderful Mothers Day, and I hope you did too! I feel so blessed to be a mom. It definitely comes with it’s challenges, but I am so grateful for my three beautiful children. They are so fun!

should come with a REBOOT button

Lately I feel so run down and in a funk...is there a REBOOT button that I dont know about?? I thought that the beginning of the year I would really start it off with a BANG...I think that is exactly what I did..and now I am running on LOW or getting all jam up. I have so many projects going but nothing is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel like I am on automatic pilot...I wake up and I just go go go go etc..and the cycle goes on and on...I need to UP my step and finish these projects with more of a motivation. Can anyone tell me where the RESET button is?? I think what I need is a GET AWAY with just me and my 4...I need to RESET my family. I need to wrap up loose end and REFRESH my self and my family to REALLY start off

love letters

every HOLIDAY i try to do something fun for the kids ...so Valentines I wanted them to participate in the "love" holiday....so I got them each a mailbox so that they can write little cute notes or draw a picture for each other. I also wanted it to be a way for Madison to practice her spellings words and its a great way for her to read also...pronouncing the words out...and its also a way for them to be learn to appreciate each other and expressing nice gestures. Tonight Ethan and I wrote a little "love" letter to Madison wishing her well on her spelling test tomorrow ...
When Ethan went to sleep I wrote a little cute letter/draw a picture of how much I love Ethan and so happy that he is doing so well in his potty training ...NO ACCIDENT day or night ;)

For Chloe I just drew a whole bunch of hearts on her letter...
Cant wait to see their faces tomorrow morning :)

If anyone have any other cute suggestions that they do with their lil ones please share it....I am always looking for new ideas

XOXO
