4 pieces of ribeye
2 T of dried hidden valley ranch dressing
1 t garlic powder
1 T worcestershire sauce
2 T Italian dressing
2 t Montreal dry rub
1 T oyster sauce (optional)
2 T olive oil

Mix all the seasoning together and marinate for in refrigerator for at least 3 hrs

Grill or pan fry with a little olive oil

Serve up with steam broccoli or green beans...
I love to eat mines with a nice big salad because this marinate is a little salty
Because the Montreal and oyster sauce is salty
If you want to cut the salt add about 4 T of water to the marinate
