5 Spice Chicken

1 whole fryer
1 t of 5 spice
1 t garlic powder
1 t Tony Chachere's
1/2 t cracked pepper
Mix all the seasonings together

Clean out whole fryer
Then pat dry
Butter the fryer really good .. Then sprinkle with your seasonings really well

Place in a deep baking pan cuz the chicken will render plenty of juice

Cover chicken and bake @ 350 for 1 hr then uncover bake for another 45 minutes
Basting once with the juice that the chicken had render before sticking back into the oven

Cut into pieces and serve
Garnish with some whole cilantro n sliced up cucumber
Serve with jasmine rice

For the sauce:
1 C of the chicken juice and 2 T of Soy Sauce n a pitch of sugar ... Can also squeeze in some lemon juice for that tangy sauce
If u like it spicy squeeze some srirache into the sauce
