Cookies

I been on a BAKING kick ;)

1.Neiman Marcus chocolates chip cookies with walnuts


2. M&M peanut butter cookies

3. White Chocolate cranberry Oatmeal cookies
Oatmeal cookies with cranberry n white chocolate:
1/2 C softened butter
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
3 small egg
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 C apf
1 t baking soda
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t salt
3 C oats
1 C cranberry
1 C white chocolate
Heat oven @ 350
Beat butter/sugar until creamy
Add egg & vanilla
Add flour/baking soda/cinnamon & salt
Add oats & cranberry (dried)

Drop dough round T onto UNGREASED cookie sheets
Bake 8-10 minutes
Store tightly in covered container
I usually bake on the least amount of time so when I take them out and let it cool in pan for another 2 minutes before I take them and put them on the wire rack to be completely cooled

This makes like 4 dozen





Copycat Neiman Marcus chocolate chip cookies: 
(got recipe from a friend) 

1 cup butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soda
½ tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
½ Hershey bar grated
2 ½ cups blended oatmeal
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla


Preheat oven to 375F. Measure oatmeal and blend in processor to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars ..until creamy. Add eggs (1 by 1)  and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, baking powder, salt and soda. Add chocolate chips....and grated hershey ( I added 1/2 C of bittersweet chocolate instead if u have on hand) 

Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 56 cookies.
