Bo Luc Lac (shaking beef)

Bo Luc Lac (cube ur meat)
2 T soy sauce
1 T nuoc man
6 cloves of dice Garlic
1 T thick soy sauce (Or u can use hoisin sauce) ... I did
1 t pepper
1/2 T sugar
2 T oyster sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 T Rice vinegar
Marinate meat ( then when u r ready to cook)
EVOO in pan... Pour everything in juice n all
Stir fry to ur liking... We like it medium rare so I turn on high so it can crispy on the outside but still red inside... I either use filet Mignon
Or ribeye
I don't cook steak whole anymore cuz we like it like this

Add about 1/3 C of water if u want juice to eat with rice

At the end add onion (silvered )
