Banh Cuon (rolled cake)

Banh Cuon
Ground pork sauté with salt, pepper & diced onions and minced garlic
Use the pastry and roll the ground meat inside

Garnish with cilantro & dried onion
Serve with shredded lettuce and cucumber and pork patty
And dip with spicy sweet fish sauce (nuoc man)
