Ranch Bake Chicken

1 whole fryer (chicken)
2 T of ranch dressing (dried)
1 T of Tony Chachere's
1/2 T of garlic powder
1/2 t of pepper
1 stick of butter

Butter the chicken and place in a deep pan.. then season with season mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 1.5 hrs covered
Then uncovered and base the chicken with the juice and stick back in oven for another 45 minutes.

Serve with rice or mash potato
Delicious and Juicy ;)
